1. Sleeper Neuts = Passive Tengu FTW? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Seems to me, "fixing" Sleeper neuts has just sealed the fate of the other T3s. Now the only worthwhile fit is a passive Tengu/Loki. Thoughts?

Looks like it. - Max skills - Orca with ganglink - Mining Foreman implant The only thing faster is to overheat the Strips, and then they'll just burn out after a while...

Bomb flies out 30km Bomb explodes AOE affects anything within 15km of that point BTW, bombs take 9sec to fly that 30km. So shoot at people who will take longer than 9sec to align and warp away =)
